This policy describes what information the Site collects, how it is and is not used, and the choices available to you. It reflects the Site’s current functionality and will be updated as features change.

The Site offers two optional forms. If you choose to complete them, you may provide the following:

• Interest / Follow the Development: first name, last name, email address, an optional organization, and your selected area of interest.
• Contact: name, an optional organization, email address, an optional phone number, a reason for contacting, and your message.

You do not need to use these forms to browse the Site. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

Important: the Site’s forms are not yet active. Information entered into a form is validated in your browser only and is not transmitted to, received by, or stored by Launch Louisiana. No submission is delivered and no one is notified.

Before any submission processing is introduced, this policy will be updated, and the forms will clearly indicate that they are live.

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and it does not set cookies.

The Site is delivered by a third-party hosting provider, which may process limited technical information (such as IP address and standard server request logs) as part of serving the Site, in accordance with that provider’s own practices.

If and when the forms become active, information you submit would be used only to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked to be kept informed, to send you Launch Louisiana updates.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed only where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Launch Louisiana or others.

Aside from the hosting provider that delivers the Site, Launch Louisiana does not currently use third-party service providers to process form submissions, send email, store data, or analyze usage.

If such providers are introduced — for example, to process submissions or send notifications — this policy will be updated to identify the categories of providers involved and the information shared with them.

We take reasonable measures to protect the Site. Because the forms do not currently transmit or store submissions, no submitted personal information is held by Launch Louisiana at this time. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The interest list is not yet active, and no updates are currently being sent. When it becomes available, joining will be voluntary and opt-in, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as the official Louisiana Economic Development announcement. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites; their own policies govern your use of them.
